The Unilever-owned men’s personal care brand wants consumers to embrace the holiday chaos with what marketers call ‘scary-merry’ scents.
November 4, 2025
By: Lianna Albrizio
“Oh, somewhere deep inside of these bones, an emptiness began to grow. There’s something out there far from my home, a longing that I’ve never known,” says Skellington in a “Nightmare Before Christmas.”
For Dr. Squatch, that longing is for natural soap designed with the holiday season’s trendiest movie in mind!
The Unilever-owned men’s personal care brand wants consumers to embrace the holiday chaos with what marketers call a “scary-merry” scent of Skellington’s Suds bricc. Made with coconut oil, pumice and bone flower extract, notes of brandy plum and pumpkin spice with cheery black vanilla and chestnut blend the magic of Halloween and Christmas, per the brand.
To wash away the funk of 40,000 years and leave bathers frightfully clean, Oogie Boogie’s Brew (named for the mischievous soul of Disney’s Oogie Boogie) is made with wormwood extract with notes of pistachio, ginger and tonka bean to leave bathers with a “wicked charm,” per the brand.
Skellington’s Suds and Oogie Boogie’s Brew are available in a “Ghoul Tidings” two-pack retailing for $16 and “Season’s Creepings” four-pack retailing for $32. Individual bars are available to subscribers for $6 each.
US-based customers can shop the collection here and in select retail stores nationwide.
